In the winter, the open fire in the wine bar crackles away and in the summer, the cosy beer garden in the courtyard invites guests to sit back, relax and enjoy their delicious meal. The restaurant's Head Chef, Andreas Müller, is absolutely bursting with new ideas and keeps surprising even the regulars. One of the Weinstube’s many specialities is its desserts, with a variety of different sweet treats presented in small glasses on a vendor’s tray. The restaurant also takes a creative approach to showcasing its tartare specialities by serving several different varieties of beef, Duroc pork, fish and vegetarian tartares on a tiered server. On top of all this, the restaurant and wine bar additionally offer an impressive wine menu featuring over 200 fine wines from all over the world. Three times a year, the manager of the Weinstube, Beatrix Bergmann, invites visitors to come and enjoy its popular “Winzerparty” winegrowers’ event.
