This former country estate has now been transformed into a property with a hint of Mediterranean flair. Plenty of attention to detail has been paid in creating a wonderful oasis with highlights around every corner, for example the flowerbed in full bloom at the heart of the courtyard, the terrace surrounded by pots of lavender in front of the restaurant, the group of half-timbered buildings and the open-air clay oven based on historical designs. Anita Poßner and Bastian Wenzel are an excellent team on both a private and professional level. They have travelled the world together, gaining valuable experience in the world of fine dining and exclusive cuisine in California, on Majorca and most recently at a vineyard in New Zealand. They have worked together to successfully develop the restaurant “Lenchen” into an established brand for excellent cuisine and top-quality wines within a short period of time. This success is not only down to the couple’s quality and expertise but also the passion and commitment with which they run their restaurant.
